STRALA YOGA
In July of 2015, I completed Tara Stiles' Intensive Training to become a Strala Yoga guide. This open, free, and flowing practice was a huge part of my life in Manhattan at StralaNYC, and I will continue to practice on my own until a Strala studio finally opens in California!
